As a member of the Regional Management Team of the Central and Nor­thern Europe region, you are the finan­cial part­ner for the region and your missions will be carried out for the diffe­rent activities of the company (Sales, After Sales, Installa­tion, Servicing of wind energy converters).


Aufgaben
  • Manage all regional planning, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting acti­vities to ensure regional financial performance
  • Coordinate between the Regional Manage­ment Team and all other CFO functions, such as accoun­ting, treasury and tax
  • Identify and follow up on risks and oppor­tunities for the regio­nal financial performance
  • Advise the regional manage­ment, providing value-added insights inclu­ding variance ana­lysis and counter­measures, such as driving operational perfor­mance by providing effective guidance
  • Contribute the finan­cial perspective to regional busi­ness strategy development and implemen­tation
  • Ensure that financial aspects are taken into account in all busi­ness decisions
  • Partici­pate in the review of bids and projects to ensure appro­priate margin levels and cash flows
  • Ensure com­pliance of regional control­ling processes with cor­porate guidelines and successful implementation of the controlling strategy as part of the global control­ling leadership team
  • Manage and deve­lop the regional controlling team

Profil
  • You have a university degree (Bachelor/Master) in eco­nomics/busi­ness adminis­tration with emphasis on financing, accoun­ting and control­ling or equivalent
  • You have several years of relevant experience as a manage­ment controller in a tech­nical environment
  • You have profound know­ledge and experience in implementing, managing and improving FP&A controlling processes as well as in finan­cial and management accoun­ting in large companies
  • You work in project mode
  • You have advanced IT knowledge, in parti­cular SAP (R3 or HANA) or similar and MS Office
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential
  • You are organized, a good commu­nicator, dyna­mic and team a player
  • You are adaptable and at ease in a multi­cultural and changing business-environment
  • Good assertiveness and organi­zational skills
