Aufgaben
  • Data value chain management: from digital data generation (sensors, people, infrastructure and systems) to data cleaning, refinement and processing (data engineering, data analysis, advanced analytics) and combination of different data sources to value generation in form of new revenue streams (products), business process optimization and enablement
  • Communication to stakeholders for data-driven projects to access business needs, and create a project plan (features, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmap for further development)
  • Coordination and enablement of team members (technical and business experts)
  • Motivate, ensure good team spirit and solve internal frictions
  • Product owner for digital/data-driven initiatives and projects
  • Project management (sketch, business case, planning, realization, controlling, value fulfillment)
  • Translation of business to technical needs in collaboration with detailed technical experts
  • Continuous improvement and enablement of data lake and associated products/use cases
  • Innovation and market research with benchmarking of new digital innovation ideas and products
  • Focus on profitability of company, costumer and developed products

Profil
  • Finalized university studies in natural sciences or IT, preferably with a PhD
  • Experience in working in international digitalization projects as a project manager or product owner
  • Knowledge in working in an agile environment as well as in creating business cases
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Understanding of business main products and some technical depth in relation to wind turbines
  • Know-how in managing teams
  • Open and good communication
  • Continuous improvement and self-reflected way of approaching things;
  • Experience in communicating to stakeholder
  • Curious about novel developments in many facets of the digitalization
  • Learning mindset
